Describe your music for unfamiliar listeners

My shit is like catchy atmospheric ambient melodies with hard 808s. I try to incorporate fast and melodic flows n my shi so my shi can’t really get boring, you know?

Describe your creative process

I usually test melodies first and then just come up with a catchy one-liner or good opening bar, den just go on after. Den I turn off the lights n shi and put on like an old cartoon or show like South Park or Friends, den I load up FL and just record what I write or freestyle.

Your latest single, “Choose” has such a cool sound. What went into making it? Do you have a favorite song on it?

Choose was just a remix of Guillotine by Pierre Bourne. I always fucked with the melody and his beats, so it was really easy to hop on.

How’d you first get into making music?

I first started makin music 2020 with my patna @iluvno.9 when I was like 14. I always wanted to do something musically and I always was a nerd about it growing up, and eventually I was like “ima just make my own shi,” and then that was that fr.

Where do you find the inspiration to create music?

I find inspiration from a lot of old music. I listen to hella artists and bands like Deftones, Nirvana, Audioslave, Jane’s Addiction, PATD!, Soundgarden, and artists like Quannic, Tame Impala, Natasha Ramos, Aaliyah, and Frank Ocean. I was heavy into underground growing up, so rappers like Carti, Dsav, Thouxanban, BoofPaxkmooky, and X really shaped my sound, along with other mainstream rappers I grew up listening to like Thug, Future, Wayne, Petey Pablo, Cam’ron, Eminem, Tyler and Earl, and J. Cole.

What have you been working on lately? Any new music soon?

I got my EP TeMani coming out this weekend. And I been workin my tape Audioslave coming out hella soon, maybe September, we’ll see lol.

Other than music, what else have you been up to?

I been gettin into more modeling ventures n stuff. I went to school for it, and it’s been something I’ve always been into, so rn I’m just tryna make more connections and relationships in that field fr.

I been listening to hella Tezzus, Chief Keef, Che, Ken, Pierre, Lone, Dior, Rolexmell, and iLuvNo.9.
